Foundation to raise funds and also support education programs for women in Bali. This is not just a race – this is a movement that changes life in Indonesia. Bali Wise Program from R.O.L.E. Foundation focuses on vocational education and training for underprivileged women, equip them with important skills to get better jobs. By following the Row 4 R.O.L.E., you help them become the backbone of the family, break the poverty chain, and create a domino effect on empowerment for the next generation.
The purpose of this event is to raise sufficient funds to support educational programs for women in Bali. Bali Wise has an educational goal that aims to increase awareness and empowerment of women in Bali.
Bali Wise is an educational skills center that focuses on the Balinese hospitality industry, and is managed by the R.O.L.E. Foundation of High Quality Skills Education and Training Meet high quality standards for professional tourism business. The aim is to empower young Indonesian women who are marginalized through skills education as a means to break the poverty cycle and develop sustainable communities in Indonesia.
This canoe race has been going on since 2022 (ROW 1 R.O.L.E.), 2023 (ROW 2 R.O.L.E.) and in 2024 (ROW 3 R.O.L.E.) has educated more than 1858 women. 89% of women (from all over Indonesia) who have participated in this program now work in the Hospital and Marketing sector throughout the world. Support R.O.L.E. Foundation by participating in the canoe competition to empower young women through vocational training and decent job placement.

Ready to accept the challenge? ROW 4 R.O.L.E. offers several categories so that everyone can participate, no matter the level of expertise:
√ Single Division – Solo race in a single canoe.
√ Double Division – Duet with friends to row together.
√ Paddle Board Division – For those who prefer to row on the board.
This year, the atmosphere will be more competitive, faster, and exciting, but still prioritizes the excitement and social impact. We will give awards for the fastest male & female rowing, the fastest double team, and the biggest fundraiser. Last year, we managed to collect more than Rp1 Billion – this year, we want even greater! This is actually not just racing – this is about the impact we can make together!
